Wrapper to the salt-call script

The script VSCode-Anywhere/tools/vscode-anywhere.ps1 for Windows or VSCode-Anywhere/tools/vscode-anywhere.sh for Linux / MacOS allows to interact with Saltstack.

This script is a simple wrapper to the salt-call binary and is called by the install and update scripts.
